Graphic Design & Printing Policy

To effectively and smoothly process your print or graphic design project here are some guidelines:

PAYMENTS: ALL projects require payment in full or a 50% deposit in advance to start the project.

TIMELINE: Allow two business days for initial drafts to be be sent to you.

RUSH PROJECTS: If you require a rush project in less that a two business day turnaround – There is a rush fee of minimum $60 depending on the project.


All updates and draft requests must be emailed to project[at]

We offer up to three total drafts of a project. After the third draft each additional will be $30 each. Depending on the project.

PROJECT SCOPE: If updates or requests are beyond the scope of the original project and beyond the quote you originally received, we reserve the right to edit the original quote. For example. If you initial project is photo editing but then you decide you would like to add image descriptions that would be beyond the initial scope of photo editing.

CONTENT: All project content text, photos and instructions should be emailed to us for review.
